How can I get the samples?

| If you have effective Account Number
of FedEx, DHL, EMS, TNT or UPS, please inform us.
We will use it to send the samples to you by freight
collect. However, if you don¡¯t have any account
Number above Courier Company, please remit the freight
charge to us, and we will send the samples to you
as soon as we receive your payment for the freight
and/or sample fee. |

is your minimum order quantity? |
| Different products have different MOQ.
It is more flexible to our long-term customers. |

Can we place OEM or ODM orders to produce our own brand
products in China? |
Yes, of course. OEM and ODM are welcome!
We have rich experiences with our customers.

| What
about the product warranty? |
| Usually, we offer one year limited
warranty of our products free from material and/or
workman ship defects. It depends on different products
you order. You can send the unqualified products
back to us in freight prepaid. After we repair them,
we will send back to you by our forwarder. Or, we
may replace the unqualified products in freight
prepaid. |

| What
kind of term of payment do you prefer? |
| We usually accept T/T in advance for
small order or trial order. About the large order,
we will consider T/T by 50% with deposit, and the
rest 50% before shipment. |

Can I get your price list? |
| Yes, please let us know the products you
are interested in with their item No, quantities. We will
send the price list by E-mail within 1 working day upon
receipt of your inquiry. |
